Emmanuel Baptist Church of Sun City Leadership
Emmanuel Baptist Church of Sun City is blessed to have a leadership team who are truly dedicated to Christ and accomplishing His will. Following are brief bios of our leadership team and their qualifications for ministry.
Dan Fosnight
Pastor
Dan Fosnight was appointed to serve as Emmanuel Baptist Church of Sun City's Senior Pastor November 2014. Prior to that, he served as Chaplain of Baptist Village in Youngtown, AZ.
The attributes that best describe Pastor Dan as a pastor are strong preaching, leadership development and counseling. He has expressed a burning desire to lead a church like Emmanuel Baptist Church of Sun City where biblical views are embraced and encouraged, with members who care about the needs of those around them and who want to connect others to the body of Christ. Pastor Dan takes worship and preaching very seriously, spending the first hours of his day focused on Bible study.
He graduated from Southern Baptist Theological Seminary in Louisville, KY in 1989 with a Master's Degree in Divinity.
Pastor Dan has been happily married for the past 40 years to his wife, Sally. They have two adult daughters and five grandsons.
